Coconut milk is not the problem.

Looks like you need to make the curry sauce first before dumping your chickpeas and squash in. As said if splitting you need to reduce the heat.

Have you tried stuffing the vegies into lasagne or mince & pasta dishes? I do this sometimes -and add a little sweet potato too.

My Aunt just gave about a zillion (not that many….) pears and I have no idea what to do with all of them. Your recipe looks awesome!!! I can’t wait to try it!!!
